– Build and finish closets with bi-fold doors to create two smaller bedrooms
– Demo closet with sliding glass doors to expand size of one bedroom
– Replace aluminum windows in both bedrooms with vinyl windows; remove
exterior french door then build framing for twin windows
– Replace bedroom doors and knobs while maintaining original casement
– Wire two new ceiling fan locations, switches, and various power outlets
– Paint bedrooms and closets

Hallway with Cabinets
– demo old Jacuzzi tub, wall, beam, and bathroom closet to create hallway
– cap off plumbing pipes and electrical wiring that will no longer be in use
– build custom cabinets; lower section intended to be used as an animal kennel with two lockable metal grate access doors as well as cat access door
– install new laminate flooring throughout hallway and one small section of tiles
– Setup wiring for two flush mount ceiling lights and outlet for cabinet
– Install quartz countertop for new cabinets
– Paint hallway, cabinets, and new doors
Bathroom Update
– demolition of 1” thick tile walls, vanity, bathtub, tile floor, and elimination of old linen closet
– slab underneath old tub and vanity were found to be be lower than floor level. We laid concrete to make the slab level for the new tub and vanity to sit on
– new drainage connections made for new tub and new shower / tub valve installed. Toilet re-installed
– fiber cement panel installed for tub surround and waterproofed and new subway tile installed in place of old tile on walls. New tile floor.
– Eclectic pink wallpaper installed, vanity and mirror, and various bathroom accessories. New bathroom door on existing casement.
– Walls and ceiling painted
